Booking a Tent:
- What types of tents do you offer?
We offer frame tents (no interior poles, great for tight spaces). Additional equipment includes tables, chairs, lighting.
- What is your service area?
We serve a 30 mile radius of 1771 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN 37064. Use our delivery area link above to confirm delivery to your address. Contact us if you have special requirements.
- Can you help plan my event if I’m unsure what I need?

- How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you have your event date, especially during April to November. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
- What size tent do I need?
Size depends on guest count, event type (e.g., seated dinner, shade area), and space. Contact us for a personalized recommendation.
- Do you offer customizable packages?
Yes, all packages can be tailored with add-ons to match your vision. We also have packaged discounts.
- How do I get a quote?

- Do I need a reservation?
Yes, a reservation is required to secure your rental.
- What’s the best lead time for booking?
Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events, or 6-8 weeks for peak seasons. You can check or live availabililty by clicking the Tents link above. We can accommodate short notice bookings based on availability. For all bookings within 2 days please call to confirm.
- How do I make a reservation?

- Do you deliver?
Yes, within our service area. Fees may depending on location.
- Do I need a permit?
Permits may be required for larger tents or events, depending on local regulations. We can advise, but you’re responsible for obtaining permits.
- What is included in the price?
The base price includes delivery, setup, and takedown of your tent. We handle all aspects of the tent installation and removal.
Tents booked, Now What?
- Is installation included?
Yes, tent installation is included. Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown. Tables and chairs may require separate setup fees.
- Can tents be installed on decks or patios?
Yes, with proper anchoring (e.g., weights), which may incur extra costs. Notify us of the surface type.
- Are tents fire retardant?
Yes, all tents meet fire safety standards and are certified flame retardant. Certificates are available upon request.
- What about underground wires or sprinklers?
Inform us of underground utilities. It is your responsibility to contact 811 to mark and underground utiliteis prior to safe installation.
- When will you deliver?
Typically the day before your event (e.g., Thursday/Friday for Saturday events). We’ll confirm a delivery window closer to the date.
- Is there a cleaning charge?
Normal use of the tent will not incur a cleaning fee. If the tent is exceptionally dirty and requires extra cleaning, then the lessee will incur a cleaning charge.
- What time will my tent be delivered?
We usually make our schedule a day before deliveries. We will email you an 30 minute delivery window the night before as well as when we are on route to your location. Our routes change daily and depending on where your location falls on the route will determine your delivery time. We guarantee your tent will be delivered and set up during the entire time you have booked. We start deliveries as early as 8:00 AM up until the time you have scheduled.
- My tent rental was delivered early, will this change my pickup time?
No. Sometimes we need to deliver your tent earlier than the time you rented in order to fulfill everyone's rentals for the day on time. If we deliver your tent early this will not affect your pickup time.
Payment:
- Do you require a deposit? When is the payment due?
Yes, a 25% + $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your tent. The full payment is due 14 days before your event. If you cancel within 14 days of your rental date you forfeit your deposit.
- Is my deposit refundable?
No, we require a 25% +$50 non-refundable deposit.
- What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, as well as all major credit cards for payment of the deposit as well as the balance of your tent rental (mobile credit card processing). Of course we prefer cash but we can accommodate any needs.
Weather and Cancellations:
- What Is your Cancellation and Weather Policy?
There is a 25% + $50 deposit due upon time of booking. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. high winds, storms, etc) TN Tent and Events, LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Full payment is due 14 days before your event. If you cancel within 14 days of your rental date you forfeit your deposit.
- It is storming on the day of my tent rental, What do we do?
In the event of severe weather we usually will update you the morning of your rental. We might email the night before letting you know we are watching the weather.
If the storm is isolated and forecast looks as if there will be clear weather for your event we will send you the following options.
1. We deliver the tent however there is a risk that we show up and it's storming and we cannot setup the tent in which case you would still be responsible for the balance.
2. We deliver the tent if it is clear weather and you agree that should severe weather approach you will evacuate the tent.
3. We reschedule the booking to another date in the future and you can apply your previous payment toward that date.
Once we load up and leave the warehouse you would be responsible for the balance of the tent even if we get there and it is storming and we cannot setup the tent.
In the event of severe weather or high chances of storms all day we reserve the right to cancel all of the tents for that day and we would default to option "3." above and reschedule your rental to a day you chose.
